The practical answer
Some lenders may allow it, but availability, fees and timing depend on the agreement and administration process.
Ask before signing where possible and show when cash normally arrives. If changing an existing agreement, confirm whether an interim payment or extra charge is needed.
Do not move or cancel a direct debit yourself to create the change. Follow the lender’s instructions and obtain the revised schedule so there is no accidental missed payment.
Commercial finance is subject to status, lender approval and the specific asset and transaction. The right structure depends on the complete circumstances of the business.
What should I do next?
Have the asset details, supplier information and an outline of what the business needs ready. DCF can then discuss the requirement and identify which lenders may be suitable.
