The practical answer
No. Some proposals may be considered with little initial payment, but this depends on assessment and does not mean there are no upfront costs.
Ask whether VAT, documentation fees, supplier deposits, delivery or other costs are payable separately. Check the total borrowing and monthly commitment as well as the advertised initial payment.
Do not treat a low-deposit example from another customer as an offer to your business. The actual terms need to be confirmed for the specific asset and application.
Commercial finance is subject to status, lender approval and the specific asset and transaction. The right structure depends on the complete circumstances of the business.
What should I do next?
Have the asset details, supplier information and an outline of what the business needs ready. DCF can then discuss the requirement and identify which lenders may be suitable.
