The practical answer
Potentially. Explain the capacity constraint, machinery specification, supplier, installation timetable and commercial reason for the investment.
Show the current bottleneck, committed demand and realistic output after installation and training. Identify the staff, tooling, stock and premises work needed alongside the machine.
Plan for delayed commissioning and a lower-utilisation case. Extra technical capacity does not necessarily create immediate sales or cash to meet repayments.
Commercial finance is subject to status, lender approval and the specific asset and transaction. The right structure depends on the complete circumstances of the business.
What should I do next?
Have the asset details, supplier information and an outline of what the business needs ready. DCF can then discuss the requirement and identify which lenders may be suitable.
