The practical answer
Some attachments may qualify independently, but identification, value and compatibility with the existing machine matter.
Provide the make, model, serial number, supplier and price for each attachment. Explain who owns the tractor and disclose any existing finance over it.
A lender may treat a durable high-value attachment differently from small implements or wear items. Ask what security and consent are required, particularly where equipment will be fitted to an already financed tractor.
Commercial finance is subject to status, lender approval and the specific asset and transaction. The right structure depends on the complete circumstances of the business.
What should I do next?
Have the asset details, supplier information and an outline of what the business needs ready. DCF can then discuss the requirement and identify which lenders may be suitable.
