The practical answer
Possibly through an appropriate refinance or reimbursement structure, but it is different from a standard lender-funded supplier purchase.
Provide the purchase invoice, bank payment evidence, ownership details, acquisition date and current asset information. Explain why funding is now needed and whether any other security affects the asset.
Timing and structure are lender-specific, so do not assume cash can be reimbursed automatically. Discuss the plan before paying outright wherever possible.
Commercial finance is subject to status, lender approval and the specific asset and transaction. The right structure depends on the complete circumstances of the business.
What should I do next?
Have the asset details, supplier information and an outline of what the business needs ready. DCF can then discuss the requirement and identify which lenders may be suitable.
