The practical answer
Eligible rollers and compaction equipment may be financed individually or within a broader plant purchase.
List the machines, individual values, condition, hours and supplier details. Distinguish durable equipment from consumables or small items that may not fit the lender’s asset criteria.
Show how the purchase replaces hire costs or supports confirmed workload. Compare repayments with realistic utilisation, including quieter months, transport and storage rather than assuming the plant works every day.
Commercial finance is subject to status, lender approval and the specific asset and transaction. The right structure depends on the complete circumstances of the business.
What should I do next?
Have the asset details, supplier information and an outline of what the business needs ready. DCF can then discuss the requirement and identify which lenders may be suitable.
