The practical answer
A rolling programme can be discussed, but future purchases remain subject to the scope and conditions of any approved facility.
Map expected replacement dates, disposal values, existing settlements and new vehicle costs over the planning period. Separate confirmed purchases from estimates so there is no confusion over what has actually been approved.
Ask how long approval lasts and whether each drawdown needs fresh information. A programme discussion is not an unrestricted guarantee of credit for vehicles bought later.
Commercial finance is subject to status, lender approval and the specific asset and transaction. The right structure depends on the complete circumstances of the business.
What should I do next?
Have the asset details, supplier information and an outline of what the business needs ready. DCF can then discuss the requirement and identify which lenders may be suitable.
