The practical answer
No. Funding may still depend on documents, identity and supplier checks, asset evidence, deposits and other conditions.
Ask what remains outstanding and whether approval has an expiry date. For complex assets, delivery, acceptance or inspection may be required before funds can be released.
Keep the supplier informed using confirmed milestones rather than an assumed payout date. Do not commit to an irreversible deadline solely because an application has received an initial positive decision.
Commercial finance is subject to status, lender approval and the specific asset and transaction. The right structure depends on the complete circumstances of the business.
What should I do next?
Have the asset details, supplier information and an outline of what the business needs ready. DCF can then discuss the requirement and identify which lenders may be suitable.
