The practical answer
Potentially. A wider project may involve several suppliers, but each asset, invoice, delivery date and payment requirement should be identified clearly.
Use an asset and invoice schedule showing each supplier, value, due date and delivery milestone. Explain dependencies where one supplier’s equipment must work with another’s.
Ask how payments and acceptance will be coordinated and which costs qualify. Approval of the overall project does not automatically permit every supplier to be paid in advance.
Commercial finance is subject to status, lender approval and the specific asset and transaction. The right structure depends on the complete circumstances of the business.
What should I do next?
Have the asset details, supplier information and an outline of what the business needs ready. DCF can then discuss the requirement and identify which lenders may be suitable.
