The practical answer
Potentially, but the lender must agree how separate invoices, ownership and build-stage payments fit together.
Set out who supplies the chassis, who builds the body, where the vehicle will be held and when each supplier needs payment. Include a combined specification and completed-vehicle price.
A standard facility may not release money for an unfinished build. Agree inspection and acceptance milestones before placing orders, and identify how any unsupported stage payments will be covered.
Commercial finance is subject to status, lender approval and the specific asset and transaction. The right structure depends on the complete circumstances of the business.
What should I do next?
Have the asset details, supplier information and an outline of what the business needs ready. DCF can then discuss the requirement and identify which lenders may be suitable.
