The practical answer
Potentially, but partial deliveries can complicate asset identification, title and acceptance.
List the equipment in each shipment, its value, expected arrival and the payment needed. Explain whether any part can operate independently or whether the entire line must be installed before acceptance.
Ask how staged drawdowns or final payment will work if one shipment is late. A delivered component does not necessarily satisfy the conditions for financing the completed production line.
Commercial finance is subject to status, lender approval and the specific asset and transaction. The right structure depends on the complete circumstances of the business.
What should I do next?
Have the asset details, supplier information and an outline of what the business needs ready. DCF can then discuss the requirement and identify which lenders may be suitable.
